THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR APPOINTMENT

You must confirm your appointment...

Within 3 days of your appointment you will get a reminder by text that asks you to text back the number “1”

Please do so because that tells us that you have confirmed your intent to show up for your consult, and thus our system will stop sending you reminders.

If you do not confirm your appointment by texting “1” back to us, your appointment may be cancelled, or we will call you to confirm.

If you do not use a mobile phone, you will get an email instead for confirmation.

If we cannot confirm your appointment by text, email, or phone call, it will be removed from our schedule.

Please have common courtesy and let us know if you can't make your appointment. If you do not show up for your appointment without giving us notice you will not be allowed to reschedule.

Do you need financing?

We have multiple companies available for financing treatment. Simply by answering a few simple questions, they will let you know what you are approved for.
